Tom is the Director of Public Safety for DroneShield, a provider of multi-mission Counter-UAS solutions. He has a master’s degree in Unmanned Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

He was the Co-Creator of C-UAS Hub- an online hub for Counter-UAS and airspace awareness and protection vendors, products, services, news, jobs, events, and multimedia resources. This resource website was purchased by SAE Media Group in July 2024. He served as the Co-Chair of the Operating Requirements Working Group on the FAA UAS Detection and Mitigation Aviation Rulemaking Committee which published its final report in 2024.
