Neurodiversity Works is proud to announce a partnership with Sonoran Desert Institute (SDI) that will significantly enhance our mission of providing accessible, high-quality training for neurodiverse individuals. This collaboration incorporates the SDI FAA Part 107 Exam Prep course into the Neurodiversity Works curriculum, offering neurodiverse students the opportunity to gain critical skills for a career in the burgeoning drone technology industry.

SDI, an online college offering specialized programs in unmanned technology, has generously donated licenses for their online FAA Part 107 Exam Prep course. These courses will be seamlessly integrated into the Neurodiversity Works Learning Management System (LMS). This integration ensures that our trainees have direct access to essential knowledge and skills required to become certified drone pilots.

This partnership not only expands the educational offerings of Neurodiversity Works but also underscores our unwavering commitment to creating inclusive and innovative learning opportunities. By providing neurodiverse youth and adults with the tools to succeed in high-demand fields like drone piloting, we are paving the way for improved career prospects and greater representation of neurodiverse individuals in the workforce.

"We are thrilled to partner with SDI in this endeavor," said Nicole Corder, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Neurodiversity Works. "This collaboration is a significant step forward in our mission to empower neurodiverse individuals by equipping them with the skills they need to thrive in the drone industry."

“SDI is excited to provide this course to help Neurodiversity Works’ students gain knowledge, skills, and confidence in preparation for the FAA Part 107 exam,” said SDI Chief Operating Officer, Chris Caraway.  “We are proud of this partnership and look forward to hearing the success stories of Neurodiversity Works learners as they help advance the growing uncrewed technology space.”
