Blueflite®, a high-tech drone company specializing in cargo UAVs, has been selected by Terra Drone Corporation to support a Practicality Verification Project in Indonesia. This initiative, backed by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry under the Industrial Cooperation Programme in the Global South, aims to enhance logistics and supply chain efficiency through advanced drone technology.
Blueflite®’s next-generation cargo drones, known for their innovative design, high payload capacity, and integrated digital system, will be deployed to streamline logistics operations. Their efficiency, durability, and adaptability make them an ideal solution for Indonesia’s evolving drone ecosystem, particularly in remote and inter-island transportation.
With Indonesia expanding its role in oil, gas, and large-scale agriculture, drone technology is poised to enhance remote access and reduce operational costs in these industries. As part of this project, flight demonstrations will take place in multiple cities, including Jakarta and Nusantara, Indonesia’s future capital.
“This collaboration is a significant milestone for blueflite® as we expand into the ASEAN market,” said Frank Noppel, CEO of blueflite®. “By integrating our state-of-the-art cargo drones into this project, we are showcasing the potential of unmanned aerial logistics to transform industries and drive efficiency across supply chains.”
With drone operations growing across the ASEAN region, blueflite®’s Darwin-based Australia office at Paspalis’ Innovation Hub will provide key support for these initiatives.
